Claire Mason is an Employer Brand Manager for a global company, leading employer brand strategy for talent attraction and employee engagement in the U.S. and Canada. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and certifications from SHRM and in Employer Branding Leadership, she also holds degrees from Morgan State University and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Claire is the founder of PurposeFit, LLC, a faith-based coaching business empowering women in personal development to fulfill their divine purpose. With nearly two decades in the fitness industry as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, she specializes in fitness nutrition and behavior change. Claire is also an Intercessor and co-leads the Wellness Ministry at Abundant Life Family Worship Church in New Brunswick, NJ.
