Jennelle Blackmon

Jenelle is the founder and Board Chair of Refreshing Wells Ministry. She has several years of experience in non-profit leadership and a deep commitment to humanitarian work. She is also the founder of HER Solutions LLC, a business solutions consulting firm. Additionally, she holds the Director position of Outreach and Missions at Abundant Life Family Worship Church. Jenelle has 16 years in the field of labor relations, serving as a National Staff Representative for the Communications Workers in NJ. She has years of experience in conflict resolution strategy,  contract negotiation, program development, and field organizing.
