Ray Harris

Ray R. Harris is a follower of Christ, father of six adult sons, and a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for ministry, leadership, and mission-driven impact. He has founded multiple ventures, including 55Red, RevPropeller, Social Security Claiming Experts, Wash.Rent, Aspire Academy, and The Pointe Church, which was recognized as one of the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Churches in the United States.

Ray has also served as an adjunct professor of ministry leadership at Huntington University and as a marketing and development consultant for African Mission Healthcare. His educational background includes a BS in Finance, an MBA in Marketing, and post-graduate studies at Oxford University, Cambridge University, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ray has also built a significant digital platform, with his Instagram page followed by more than 850,000 people.

Ray’s mission endeavors have taken him to the Tohono O’odham Nation, Mexico, El Salvador, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Kenya, and the Dominican Republic. Through his work in business, ministry, education, and nonprofit consulting, he brings strategic insight, entrepreneurial experience, and a heart for advancing the mission of Refreshing Wells Ministry.
